    Responsibilities & Requirements

    The Planning and Execution Specialist for CCS is responsible for planning, operations and execution within Cambia Consumer Solutions.  Supports the operating rhythm and execution plans including scorecards, dashboards, operating reports and more. Coordinates across multiple divisions to drive execution and performance against objectives.


    In this role, you will:

    • Assist in the facilitation of the strategic planning process including the production of templates and strategic plan documents.
    • Assess on-going progress toward strategic goals and recommends revisions to the strategic plan based on evaluation of results.
    • Work with leadership to develop CCS’s short and long-term strategic objectives and success metrics.
    • Provide guidance, recommendations, and support to leadership with respect to measure selection, definition, targets, scorecard development, and alignment of departmental objectives to the corporate strategy.
    • Assist with enterprise risk management and internal audit findings to address key risks.  Holds teams accountable to action plans.
    • Ensure stakeholders, plans, and deliverables are synchronized and coordinated.
    • Ensure business stakeholders are well-informed and executing against deliverables timely.
    • Partner with multiple teams across the organization to drive change and operational excellence in a complex environment.  


    Minimum Requirements:

    • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize operational activities to ensure smoothly run business operations.
    • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to partner with multiple teams and business leaders to assess organizational strengths, weakness, risks and deliverables.
    • Success in driving multiple initiatives at one time.
    • Demonstrated experience with scorecard planning concepts.
    • Exceptional judgment, problem solving, and analytical skills. 
    • Strength in organizing and process management.  Orchestrates multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively; arranges information and files in a useful manner.
    • Ability to function in a highly ambiguous environment.


    The CCS Planning and Execution Consultant would have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline with 6 years of experience in business planning, project management, and/or corporate performance or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
