As Product Manager, you will manage the development and ongoing oversight of innovative strategies to ensure profitable enrollment growth of various product categories. You will be responsible for all phases of product development and management from ideation and assessment, through strategy execution, and ongoing monitoring of implementation tactics and results. In addition,you will be accountable for the timely completion of product analyses, business case development, resource/budget acquisition, development of formal product marketing plans, senior level presentations, implementation of product changes/new products, and coordinating launch activities. Develops and leads cross functional teams to evaluate new product concepts specific to product line and the Regence market. May also lead the market introduction team and monitor impact of product incorporation into overall portfolio for ongoing management.

The Product Manager I would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA preferred) with 4 years experience in a product management position within healthcare, insurance, or related industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Product Manager II would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA preferred) with 6 years experience in a product management position within healthcare, insurance, or related industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Product Manager Senior would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA preferred) with 8 years experience in a product management position within healthcare, insurance, or related industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
