Director, Enterprise Data Architecture
The Director, Enterprise Data Architecture is a seasoned enterprise data architect who can formulate, consult, and govern Cambia’s overall data architectural roadmap in conjunction with our Chief AI Officer and Chief Information officer organizations and the business. The individual in this position provides key technical data leadership for the planning and direction of major data initiatives with enterprise wide impact.
The incumbent has overall responsibility and accountability for the data architecture systems and services for all company business functions. This requires working closely with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to utilize appropriate technology and industry standards to converge enterprise architecture, improve data quality, business processes, promote the strategic use of data technology, and enable the workforce to use technology. This role is critical as a leader of a team of architects; who are one of our strongest liaisons for the business. Success of this position requires innovation, flexibility, perseverance, the ability to make change happen, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
This individual takes responsibility for compliance, security and leads the CAIO Architecture and Design team, who are responsible for defining and executing on the Cambia data technology roadmap.
In this role, you will:
The Director, Enterprise Data Architecture would have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with a Computer Science and/or IT focus; Graduate degree in business management or health management a plus or related field and 10 years of experience in planning/architecture development and support staff; 5 years’ experience in technology management for large corporations or institutions with at least 3 years’ experience at the senior management level or equivalent combination of education and experience.
